◆ Product introduction
DY89 series are omni-directional conductive sponges. Conductive sponges are also called copper-nickel (Cu/Ni) conductive sponges. They are based on polyurethane foamed sponges and undergo physical vapor deposition (PVD) conductive treatment and electrodeposition. Copper, nickel and other processing make the sponge XYZ three-axis uniform conduction in all directions. Conductive sponge can be made into a new type of conductive composite material with various functions by compounding various conductive adhesive films.

◆ Advantages
● More reliable stickiness: not only the plane anti-uplifting is guaranteed, but the curved surface anti-upwarding performance is also very advantageous.
● Taking into account both low resistance and high resilience: The hot-melt conductive adhesive film produced by our company is used to compound, which meets the requirements of customers for both low resistance and high resilience to the greatest extent.
● Superior temperature resistance: traditional acrylic adhesives generally have a long-term temperature resistance of about 60°. In order to better adapt to the ever-changing market needs, our conductive sponge products use modified acrylic adhesives. All conductive sponge series can be long-term resistant. With a temperature above 80°, special customized products can reach a long-term temperature resistance of 120~150°, and a short-term temperature resistance of more than 200°.
